2.2 Any changes to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the timeline and costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 You agree to pay all fees as outlined in the agreement, including any applicable taxes.
3.2 A deposit or advance payment may be required to initiate the project.

4. Intellectual Property

6.1 You agree to provide accurate and complete information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project progress.
6.2 Delays in providing required information may result in an extension of the timeline and additional costs.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
7.2 Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the services rendered.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement by providing [X days] written notice.
8.2 Upon termination, you are required to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Warranties
